Cancellation policy

Nothing is for sale today, so there is nothing to cancel. AI Knows Us has no working checkout: no card is charged and no plan is sold. What follows is the policy that applies from the day a checkout works.
There is nothing to cancel in the usual sense
Plans are prepaid, one month or one year at a time, and nothing renews on its own. We do not set up a standing instruction on your card or your bank, so there is no recurring payment for you to stop and no subscription that keeps charging you if you walk away. If you do nothing at the end of a paid period, the account moves to the Free plan by itself.
How to cancel, and how long it takes
- Email hello@aiknowsus.com from the address on the account, or use the contact form, and say you want to cancel.
- We act on it within 1 working day and confirm by email. You never have to call anybody or wait on hold.
- You can also simply stop. Because nothing renews on its own, doing nothing has the same effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to the rest of the period you paid for
You keep it. Cancelling stops the next payment, which there was not going to be one of anyway, and it does not switch off the plan you have already paid for. The account moves to the Free plan once the paid period has passed, not on the day you cancel.
Anything we have already published for you stays published. Pages on your own website are yours, and we do not take them down when a plan ends.
If you want the money back as well
Cancelling and asking for a refund are two different requests, and you can make both. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of being approved.
