The rules we work by
- Real answers from the apps your buyers use. We check the real ChatGPT and Gemini apps, plus Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, through their official APIs where they have one. Your most important questions are checked every week and the rest monthly or quarterly, which the methodology page sets out in full. Claude is included from the Growth plan up, and is a paid add-on below that.
- Honest numbers. Every rate has a range, and we say when a change is just noise.
- Nothing goes public the day it is written. Every page and email waits a day where you can read it and stop it, and listings or questions about your business still wait for you, since only you can fill those in.
- Real reviews only. We never write or buy them.
- No invented facts. Anything we cannot confirm stays marked for you to check.
