Refund and cancellation policy

Nothing is for sale today, so there is nothing to refund. AI Knows Us has no working checkout: no card is charged, no invoice is issued and no plan is sold. If you think you have paid us, you have not paid us, and you should tell us at once at hello@aiknowsus.com so we can find out who took your money.
The scan is free and there is no subscription behind it. Asking to be told when paid plans open costs nothing and commits you to nothing: there is no payment to cancel and no notice period to serve. You can ask us to take you off that list at any time and we will.
The policy, for when paid plans open
Everything below takes effect on the day a checkout actually works. It is published now so you can read it before you ever pay us anything, rather than after.
Plans will be prepaid, month by month or year by year
You pay for one month or one year of a plan in advance. Nothing renews without a new payment from you, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay for the next period, your account moves to the Free plan when the current period ends.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first payment: if AI Knows Us is not right for you, email us and we refund the full amount, no questions asked, as long as fewer than half of that month's credits and articles were used.
- Yearly plans: within 30 days of payment we refund the unused months, minus the months already started.
- Top-ups and add-ons: refundable within 7 days if unused.
- Our mistake: if a charge was wrong or the service did not work because of us, we refund it in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after we approve them.
What we cannot promise
No one can guarantee a position in AI answers. Refunds are not given because an AI app did not name you in a given week; we show you the work and the weekly results so you can decide whether to continue.
