These terms are between you and Clyra Labs, which runs AI Knows Us. By using AI Knows Us, you agree to them.
What this is today: free, and not for sale
AI Knows Us takes no payment today. There is no working checkout, no card is charged, no invoice is issued and no plan is sold. You can run a scan of your own website without an account and read the result. If you ask to be told when paid plans open, we add you to a list and nothing more happens.
Because nothing is sold, nothing in these terms asks you to pay anything. The section on plans and payment below is written for the day paid plans open, and it is marked as such.
The service
AI Knows Us is software that checks how AI apps answer buyer questions, and it helps you plan, write, publish and pitch content. We collect AI answers from the ChatGPT and Gemini consumer apps through a third-party data provider, from the official Perplexity and Anthropic APIs, and, for Google AI Overviews, from a licensed search-results provider. We cannot control what any AI app says, and we do not promise any ranking, mention or result.
The free scan
- You can scan a website without an account. Scan only a website you own or are authorised to act for.
- Scans share one daily allowance across everyone, and there is a limit on how many one visitor can run in an hour. When either is reached the scan says so and asks you to come back later.
- A scan reads your public pages and asks AI apps buyer questions about your category. The questions never name you.
- A scan is a measurement at one moment. Run it again on another day and the numbers can move, because the AI apps change their answers. That is the thing being measured, not a fault.
Your account
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only add businesses you own or are authorised to manage.
- Only upload documents you have the right to share.
Your content and checks
You own your documents, your fact sheet and the pages you publish. Drafts are written by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking anything before it goes live. Pages and emails are scheduled with a hold before they go out, so you can stop or edit them, and items that need information only you have, like listings and questions, are only ever sent or submitted by you.
Acceptable use
- No fake, paid or incentivised reviews, in line with India's IS 19000:2022 standard on online reviews.
- No false or misleading claims about your business or anyone else.
- No spam, and no automated posting to communities.
- No attempts to break, overload or resell the service without our written consent.
Plans, credits and payment, for when paid plans open
None of this is in force yet. It is here so you can read it before you ever pay us anything, and it takes effect only on the day a checkout actually works.
- The pricing page shows what each plan is intended to cost. Those figures are not being charged to anyone today and can change before paid plans open.
- The amount you would pay, including any tax that applies to us at the time, is shown in full on the payment screen before you confirm. We will not add anything to a price after you have seen the total.
- One credit is one question checked on one AI app. Failed checks are refunded as credits.
- Plans are prepaid and do not renew on their own. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered in the refund and cancellation policy, and delivery in the shipping and delivery policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. You have paid us nothing, so that figure is currently zero, and we would rather you knew that than found it out in a dispute.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and that date is the only notice we can currently give you: we have no mailbox configured, so AI Knows Us sends no email at all today. Once it can, we will also tell you about important changes by email.

What these terms do not yet say
They do not name the law that governs them or the courts that would hear a dispute, and they do not give Clyra Labs's registered address or registration details. Those are facts about the company that a lawyer should set down rather than a page that guesses them. Clyra Labs is registered in India.
