We do not do all of this alone. When you use AI Knows Us, some data goes to other companies so they can do one part of the job. This page names every one of them, and says what we send. It is written from the product's own code, not from a list someone remembered.
This applies to the free scan too. A scan needs no account, and the questions it asks still go to the AI apps named below. What does not go with them is anything that identifies you: the questions never name you, and no email address is stored with a scan.
Asking the AI apps, and reading pages
- Anthropic (Claude)
One of the AI apps we ask your buyers' questions to. Also the model that reads your website and files to pull out facts, and that writes page drafts.
What we send: The question text, which never names you. For writing, your fact sheet, marked up with what we may and may not publish, and the page brief.

- Google (Gemini)
One of the AI apps we ask your buyers' questions to. Google also handles signing in with Google, if you use it.
What we send: The question text, which never names you. For sign in, whatever Google shows you on its own consent screen.
- SearchAPI
Licensed data for Google AI Overviews, which has no official API we can ask directly.
What we send: The question text, which never names you.
- ScraperAPI
Fetches public web pages for us, such as your own site and the sites AI apps cite.
What we send: The address of the page to fetch. Public pages only.
Doing the work, and the two we have not switched on
- Apify
Finds a named contact at a website we are going to pitch on your behalf, so a request reaches a person rather than a form.
What we send: The website's own address and the job titles to look for. We do not send anything about you or your business.
- Resend
Will send our own email to you, such as your sign in code.
What we send: Your email address and the message. Nothing else.
Today: Not switched on. No mailbox is configured, so this product sends no email at all today and Resend has received nothing from us.
- Razorpay
Will take payment and issue invoices.
What we send: What Razorpay needs to charge you. Your card details would go to Razorpay and never to us.
Today: Not switched on. There is no working checkout, nobody has paid us anything, and Razorpay has received nothing from us.
Your outreach email does not go through us
When we write to a website or a reviewer on your behalf, the message is sent through your own mail server, using the mailbox you connected in Setup. It does not pass through our email provider. Each one is scheduled to go out on its own after a hold, so you can stop or edit it first. See how the work gets done.
Answers may be shared. Your business is not
If two customers track the same question, we may reuse one recent answer rather than asking twice. Only the AI app's answer is shared that way. Your name, your fact sheet, your pages and your scores are not.
What we cannot tell you on this page yet
Where each of these companies processes your data, and on what terms. That is a fact about their systems rather than ours, it is written in each company's own agreement, and nobody here has read those agreements yet. We would rather say that than name a country we have not checked.
If you need that before you can buy, write to hello@aiknowsus.com and say so. It is a fair thing to ask for and it is on our list.
If you want one of these removed
Some are optional and some are not. You can use AI Knows Us without connecting a mailbox, which means no outreach is written or sent. You cannot use it without the AI apps, because asking them is the product. Email us and we will tell you plainly which parts stop working.
