Nothing is shipped
AI Knows Us is software. There is no physical product, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge. If you were sent here looking for a shipping policy, this is it: we do not ship anything.
Nothing is sold either, today. There is no working checkout, so no order is placed and no delivery is owed. What follows is what you actually receive now, and then what delivery will mean on the day paid plans open.
What you get today, free
A scan of your own website, with no account and no payment. It runs while you wait, on the page, and the result appears in your browser as soon as the AI apps have answered. Nothing is emailed to you, because AI Knows Us has no mailbox configured and sends no email at all yet. If the scan does not finish, the page says so rather than leaving you waiting.
There is a shared daily allowance for free scans and a limit per visitor per hour. When either is reached the page tells you, and you can come back later.
What you will get when paid plans open, and when it starts
Not in force yet. It takes effect on the day a checkout actually works.
Your plan and your monthly credits become active as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period and nothing to activate by hand. If your payment went through and your account still shows the old plan, that is a fault on our side: write to hello@aiknowsus.com and we will fix it.
Plans are prepaid, one month or one year at a time, and nothing renews on its own. When a paid period ends without a new payment, the account moves to the Free plan, and it does so once that period has passed rather than at any later date.
How the work reaches you
This is the account product, not the free scan. It is what a plan delivers once paid plans open.
- Answers and scores appear in the app. Questions are checked on a weekly schedule, and you can run an extra check yourself, out of the same daily allowance as the nightly one.
- Pages are written as drafts for you to read. Each one is scheduled to go live on its own after a hold, so you can read it, edit it or stop it first. It goes either to your own website or to the blog we host for you, whichever you chose in Setup.
- Emails to other websites are written for you and sent from your own mailbox. Each one is scheduled to go out on its own after a hold, so you can read it, edit it or stop it first.
We do not promise a position in any AI answer, and no plan includes one. What we deliver is the checking, the writing and the asking, plus the weekly record of what changed.
Cancelling and refunds
Because nothing ships, there is nothing to return, and because nothing is sold today there is nothing to cancel. What will apply once paid plans open is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
