Best AI visibility tool for a wedding or events business, ranked on whether a question can name your city

A directory was named in six of six event readings and a marketplace was cited nine times, and an events business sells inside one travel radius, so the setting that matters is whether the tracked question is asked from your city or from your country.

An events business sells inside a travel radius, so the setting that decides whether a measurement is worth anything is where the question gets asked from. In the second audit, six readings of a wedding and events question named a directory or marketplace in 6 of 6, a company profile in 5 of 6, and structured data in 6 of 6, with an Indian wedding marketplace appearing nine times in the citation lists. Those are all local surfaces. Read the pricing pages against that and one thing separates them: our GEO Scale tier is the only published plan we found that states questions are asked in your city, and Depra's page states the opposite in plain words. That is a narrow first place and it comes at our second highest GEO price, which is the part a small events firm should weigh.

A directory in every single reading, and on these two sheets only the gym question also reaches that. For a wedding supplier the marketplace listing is not a side channel, it is the channel the answer was built from, and the one named most often in these citation lists is a marketplace rather than a search engine property.

Ranked on the published location setting, read on 21 October 2026

  1. AI Knows Us. Our GEO Scale tier publishes "Asked in your city, and in your language" and "The source mix per market". No other pricing page we read states a city level claim. The honest caveat is the tier: that line sits on GEO Scale at Rs 35,399 a month, and our Growth plan at Rs 11,799 publishes no location setting at all.
  2. Ahrefs publishes location as a unit of charge rather than a limit: each prompt uses one check per platform, per location and per update. So locations are supported and metered, though the page does not say whether a location can be a city.
  3. Rankscale publishes "Regions: all" on every plan card, with hourly, daily or weekly scheduling, and separately publishes local and map pack tracking with listing gaps.
  4. Otterly.AI publishes "Unlimited Countries & Languages" on every tier, including its cheapest.
  5. Peec AI publishes that any supported country or language costs nothing extra, with pricing tied to prompts rather than regions.
  6. Depra AI publishes forty markets at no extra charge and is explicit about the limit: tracking is at country level, and you can write a city into a question but it is still asked from the country as a whole.
  7. Scrunch AI publishes Countries 1, Personas 1 and Languages 1 on the tier you can buy.
  8. Profound, the one vendor these readings named, publishes Regions 1 and Languages 1 on its free seven day trial.

Being fair about everything else: Peec, Otterly, Profound and Depra publish a daily cadence against our weekly with extra checks on demand, Rankscale publishes an hourly option, four of them publish unlimited seats or team members where we publish one login with full access on every plan, Peec and Rankscale publish a changelog and we publish none, Rankscale publishes a white labelled dashboard which an events agency reselling this would want and we publish none, and we publish no single sign-on. Our pricing page also names no directory and no marketplace, which in a trade where the directory carried six of six readings is the gap to say out loud.

The order of work for an events business

  • Finish the marketplace listings first. Named in six of six. Capacity ranges, catering policy, alcohol policy, price band, the dates you are already booked.
  • Write the constrained question, not the brochure. "Venue for 300 guests with outside caterers allowed in X" carries three constraints. A page that answers all three in text is quotable.
  • Put the capacity and policy tables in readable text. Structured data at six of six. A floor plan image answers nothing.
  • Ask the question from the city you actually serve. A country level reading on a wedding query is a reading about somebody else's city. This is the one setting worth paying up a tier for in this trade.
  • Re-check in the season. Demand moves in a few months of the year, so run an extra check when the season opens rather than waiting for a cycle.

Which pages actually bring enquiries for a planner, and the venue work that feeds them, is set out in our page on event planner pages and venue work. It carried no inbound internal link when we counted, as is true of 964 of our 1,987 live pages.

Questions about AI visibility tools for a wedding or events business

Why does the city setting matter more than the engine count here?

Because an events buyer always attaches a place to the question. Six of six readings pointed at local surfaces, a directory every time. A reading taken from the whole country tells you about the national marketplaces, which you can see for free, and not about the answer a couple in your town is getting.

One vendor got named in six readings. Does that make it the right choice?

It makes it the one an assistant mentioned, on one app in one market. That vendor's published trial covers one region and one language for seven days, which is the opposite of what this trade needs. Being named in an answer and fitting the job are two different things.

Is the marketplace listing worth more than the website?

In these readings, yes, and it is also free. The directory was named in all six and a marketplace was the most cited non documentation source. Finish the listing, then write the pages the marketplace cannot carry.

How many questions should an events business watch?

Fifteen to thirty covers one city and one venue: the guest count bands, the catering and alcohol policy questions, the season dates, and the two or three event types you want more of. Our Growth plan watches 100 questions on all five apps weekly and GEO Scale watches 300 with the city setting.

What should an events business ask a vendor on the first call?

Ask whether the question is asked from your city or from your country, and ask them to show you the same question run both ways. One vendor publishes that it is country level. One publishes city level on a specific tier. The rest do not say, which means the first call is where you find out.

A couple planning a wedding types a guest count and a town into an assistant and gets handed a marketplace listing. An events business that knows which listing, in which town, on which app, is holding the only piece of information this measurement is actually for.
