Best omnichannel marketing platforms compared, ranked on the channel list each vendor will actually print

Every platform in this category says every channel. Only some of them name the channels, and only one publishes a price. Here is what four vendors put in writing on their own pages today, and which of the two missing numbers should decide your shortlist.

Four phrasings reach this page and they are one group. "Omnichannel marketing platform", "omnichannel marketing software", "omnichannel marketing tools" and the best variant are the same search by a buyer who has concluded that running email in one tool, push in another and SMS in a third is costing more in reconciliation than it saves in licence fees.

The problem with shortlisting in this category is that the word omnichannel is doing all the work in every vendor's copy and almost none of it in their documentation. "Every channel" is a claim. A list of named channels is a fact. So the criterion on this page is the plainest one available: which vendors print the channels, and which of them print a price.

What each vendor puts in writing, read on 21 October 2026

VendorChannels it names on its own pagePrice it publishes
BrazeEmail, Mobile App Messaging, Web Messaging, SMS and RCS, WhatsApp, with LINE and KakaoTalk also listed in its product menu. Media Audience Sync appears too and is not described as a messaging channelNone. The home page links to a pricing page and carries no figures
KlaviyoEmail marketing, SMS marketing, RCS marketing, mobile app marketing, WhatsApp marketing, social marketing, and reviews, plus the Klaviyo Data Platform and Advanced Klaviyo Data PlatformNo starting price for any paid plan. The free plan is published with limits
Salesforce Marketing Cloud NextGrowth Edition names Multi-Channel Journeys and Forms and Landing Pages. Advanced Edition adds conversational email, RCS, SMS and WhatsAppGrowth at $1,500 USD per org per month and Advanced at $3,250 USD per org per month, both billed annually
IterableNone specifically. The home page refers to every channel and to cross channel engagement, and the only channel word on it, email, appears inside a customer's job title and a link to an analyst reportNone. It offers Book a demo and Contact Sales

Braze ranks first on that criterion, and the gap in its page is the price

On the published channel list, Braze is first. Seven named channels, grouped under a Featured Channels heading, with the Asian messaging apps named rather than implied, is the most countable statement of scope any of these four vendors makes. If your shortlisting question is whether a platform reaches the channel your customers actually use, Braze is the one that answers it without a call.

It publishes no price. On the day we read it, the home page returned 200 and linked to a pricing page carrying no figures, and two other paths on the same host, braze.com/products/ and braze.com/platform, each returned 404 to our agent in the same session. So the channel list is quotable and the cost is not, and a buyer comparing total spend will have to get that number from a conversation.

Salesforce is the only vendor here that publishes a price, and that is worth more than its channel wording. Marketing Cloud Next prints Growth Edition at $1,500 USD per org per month and Advanced Edition at $3,250 USD per org per month, both billed annually, and the split between them is itself informative: Growth covers multi channel journeys plus forms and landing pages, while conversational email, RCS, SMS and WhatsApp are on Advanced. In other words the channels most buyers mean by omnichannel start at $3,250 a month at this vendor, which is a clear answer and a large number. The page publishes no contact limits for either edition, so volume is the figure still missing.

Note the pricing unit, because it changes every comparison on this page. Salesforce prices per organisation per month. The per seat arithmetic that applies to work management tools does not apply here, and an org price can be the cheaper shape for a large team and the expensive one for a small one.

Klaviyo is the one to test first if you are not already spending at this level. It names the longest product list of the four, including reviews and social alongside the messaging channels, and it is the only vendor here publishing a free tier with printed limits: up to 250 profiles, 500 emails a month, $5 of mobile messages a month, which its FAQ notes depends on region and provider, $5 of Composer usage a month, built in reporting, and email support for the first 60 days. It publishes no starting price for any paid plan. One thing to be careful with if you quote its page: a "Total: USD 1" figure appears in a pricing element with nothing to explain it, and it is not a paid starting price.

Iterable comes last on this criterion and the reason is only what its page says. Read on the same day, its home page names no sending channels and publishes no price, and the one path we tried for a platform page, iterable.com/platform/, returned 404. Iterable is a serious product in this market with a long customer list, so this is a statement about what one page published to one reader on one date, and nothing more. For a buyer building a shortlist from public pages, it is still the practical outcome: there is nothing on it to compare.

The two numbers to get before any demo

  1. The channel list, as names. Ask for it in an email so it is written down. "Every channel" has never once survived contact with a buyer who needed WhatsApp in Brazil or KakaoTalk in Korea.
  2. The unit the price is charged in. Per organisation, per contact, per profile, per message or per credit are five different invoices from the same headline. Salesforce publishes per org per month. Klaviyo's free tier is counted in profiles and in dollars of message spend. Until you know the unit, you are not comparing anything.

The surface an omnichannel platform cannot send on

Every platform above is a sending system. You own the list, you compose the message, it goes out. There is now a place your business gets described where you send nothing and own nothing, which is the answer an assistant gives when a buyer asks it who to buy from. It is not a channel in the sending sense, which is exactly why no vendor in this category covers it and no amount of journey orchestration touches it.

That is the category we work in, and we are naming it as a separate line rather than as a rival to the four above. AI Knows Us watches real buyer questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews and reports which businesses each one names, which is the only way to find out whether your brand appears at the moment a shortlist gets made. On our published US ladder at aiknowsus.com/llms.txt, read 21 October 2026, Growth at $299 a month is the cheapest plan that reads all five of those surfaces, with 100 buyer questions watched and 1,200 scheduled answers a month. SEO Start at $149 publishes 0 buyer questions, 0 credits and 0 engines, so $299 is the figure that belongs beside a claim about five surfaces.

If you have not decided that a suite is the answer yet

Omnichannel is one of several things the phrase cloud marketing platform gets used for, and the suite against stack decision sits upstream of this comparison. Our page on best cloud based marketing platforms compared, and the four suites behind one phrase separates them, including what HubSpot's own marketing automation page does and does not put a price on. We send you there deliberately, because no other page on this site links to that one: measured on 21 October 2026, 968 of the 2,343 pages live here carry no durable inbound link from any other page, which is 41.3 per cent and an upper bound, and that page is one of them.

If what you need is the operating model rather than the software, our page on an omnichannel marketing approach, what it means and the four layers underneath it covers the four layers that have to exist before any platform earns its licence fee.

Questions about omnichannel marketing platforms

What is the difference between omnichannel and multichannel software? Multichannel means the tool can send on several channels. Omnichannel means one customer profile and one journey drive all of them, so a person who just bought does not get the abandoned cart message. The second is a data claim more than a channel claim, which is why the customer data platform language appears in Klaviyo's product list.

Why will so few vendors publish a price? Because the cost scales with contacts and message volume rather than with seats, and those vary enormously between customers. That is a reasonable model, and it has one practical effect: you cannot shortlist on cost from public pages, so put the vendors that publish in one column and the rest in another.

Do I need an omnichannel platform if I only send email and SMS? Two channels is where the single profile argument starts to pay, and it is also where a specialist email and SMS tool is usually cheaper. The threshold is less about channel count than about whether a message on one channel has to know what happened on the other.

Is a per organisation price better than a per contact price? For a large list, usually yes, and that is the shape Salesforce publishes at $1,500 and $3,250 per org per month. For a small list it can be far worse than a usage based plan, which is why the unit question is the second of the two numbers above.

How should I handle a vendor whose page I cannot read? Ask for the channel list and the pricing unit by email and compare the reply against the vendors that publish. A 404 on one path is a fact about that path on that day, and several of the pages we tried today returned one while the same hosts served other pages normally.
