Best white label social media agency and services, ranked on the tier where rebranding actually starts

Two completely different purchases hide behind this phrase, and in the software half the rebrand is almost never on the entry plan.

Published by AI Knows Us · Updated 22 October 2026

Searching for white label social media returns two markets that do not compete with each other. One is software: a dashboard, reports and client emails carrying your name instead of the vendor's, with your team still doing the work. The other is fulfilment: a subcontractor writing, posting and replying under your brand while your client believes it is you. Decide which one you are buying first, because the software half can be compared on published limits today and the fulfilment half cannot be compared on anything a website says. The single most useful fact about the software half is that rebranding is a tier gate, not a feature, and the entry plan almost never has it.

The criterion, applied to everybody including us

Vendors are ranked here on what each one publishes, on its own site, about where white labelling starts and exactly what it covers. That is checkable before a demo and it is the number that decides whether the product survives your second client. Quality of support cannot be checked in advance and is not ranked as if it could be. No price table is reproduced here, on this site's standing position, because an undated competitor price is worse than no price. What is quoted is the limit, which does not move by geography, and that matters: a vendor pricing page fetched from our network has served the wrong country's figures more than once this month.

What each vendor publishes, read on 21 October 2026

Cloud Campaign publishes the clearest ladder in this category because it names two different levels of the thing you came for. Its entry tier publishes "1+ Brand Workspaces", "Unlimited Users" and "7 Social Accounts per Client", and no white labelling at all. Its middle tier adds "5+ Brand Workspaces", "Unlimited Social Accounts" and "Standard White-Labeling". Its top tier publishes "Advanced White-Labeling", "Paid Social Reporting", "API Workflows", "Client Migration" and "Single Sign On (SSO)". Additional brand workspaces are priced separately and the per workspace charge falls as the tier rises, which is the shape to model against your own client count rather than against the headline.

Sendible publishes the most precise description of what gets rebranded. Its own words for the feature are "Brand the dashboard, domain, reports, and emails entirely as your own", followed by "(Available as a paid add-on)". Four named surfaces and an honest statement that it is extra. It publishes "Unlimited users on all plans", and defines its unit plainly: a workspace is "a dedicated space for organising and scheduling content, with its own profiles, messages, reports, and queues" and each workspace comes with "6 social profiles", allocated "6 in each". Its entry plan publishes one workspace and describes itself as being "for 1 or 2 brands or locations". SSO is listed alongside white label as an add-on rather than as a tier feature. The trial is published as 14 days with "No card required".

Agorapulse publishes a narrower version of the same idea and is clear about the narrowness. Its lower tier publishes "Basic report exporting", described as downloading reports as PDF or .csv files, while the rebrand appears higher up as "White-label reporting", described as "Export reports with your logo and brand colors". So what is on sale is a branded report, not a branded dashboard. Its lower tier also publishes "Schedule and publish unlimited posts" and a single inbox for messages and organic comments.

Vendasta could not be ranked on this criterion on the date we read. Its pricing page returned HTTP 429 to our request on 21 October 2026, which is a rate limiter rather than a refusal and says nothing about the product. Read it yourself before ruling it in or out; it is one of the larger reseller platforms in this market and its absence here is a fact about our fetch, not about its disclosure.

How they rank on what they publish

Cloud Campaign first, because two named levels of white labelling with the tier each one starts at, plus the tier that carries single sign on, is the most complete answer to the actual question. Sendible second, because it names the four surfaces that get rebranded and says the rebrand costs extra, which is more useful than a tick in a grid even though it sits behind an add-on. Agorapulse third, because it publishes the rebrand honestly and the rebrand is reports only. Vendasta unranked on 21 October 2026 for the reason above. If your criterion is support rather than disclosure, this order will differ, and the way to settle that is a paid month on one real client rather than a sales call.

The fulfilment half, which no pricing page answers

When an agency search means a partner who does the work under your name, the published limits above are irrelevant and five lines in the contract decide everything. The social agency market usually prices this below its own direct work, because the work is subcontracted, and that is not a problem in itself. It becomes a problem when it is undisclosed, because the person your client assessed is not the person writing, and your client has no route to them.

  • Who replies, and in whose voice. Community management is the half of social that cannot be scheduled. Settle whether the partner touches the inbox at all, and if so, with what approved wording.
  • Whose name the logins are in. The client's accounts, pixels and catalogues stay in the client's name. A partner holding them is a hostage situation with a monthly invoice.
  • The escalation window, in hours. A complaint arriving at six on a Friday is the test of the whole arrangement, and it is never on anybody's website.
  • Capacity, named. How many accounts does one person on their side carry, and what is the onboarding queue this month. Capacity is the real quality variable and it is never published.
  • What happens if the client asks directly. Decide the answer in advance and write it down. Discovered mid complaint is the expensive version.

The same decision in the paid channel has its own supplier market and a different set of published commitments, worked through in our comparison of white label PPC services for agencies, on what each provider publishes before your client sees a report. We measured on 21 October 2026 that no other page on this site links to it, which is worth fixing because the two purchases are usually made by the same person in the same quarter.

Where we lose this comparison, stated plainly

We sell AI visibility measurement rather than social media software, so we are not a supplier on either half of this page. On the specific feature this page is about we are also behind, and a buyer comparing rebrandable reporting should know it. A word boundary search of our whole rendered pricing document on 21 October 2026 returns no white label, no SSO and no SOC 2 at all. Cloud Campaign publishes two levels of white labelling and an SSO tier; Sendible names four rebrandable surfaces; Depra publishes client report branding including logo, colours and footer on its agency tier; Profound publishes SSO and SAML, SOC 2 and nine engines against our five. If a rebrandable client report is a requirement, those vendors answer it and our rendered pricing text does not.

What we do is a different line in an agency's stack, and it is the one most client reports have no row for. A client asks an assistant who to use in their category, gets two or three names in a written answer, and never clicks a source. Read on https://www.aiknowsus.com/pricing on 23 October 2026, the Growth plan at $299 a month watches 100 buyer questions with 1,200 scheduled answers a month across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, while the $149 SEO Start plan publishes zero questions, zero credits and zero engines and reads none of them. On multiple clients our own page argues with itself: it describes the Agency plan as covering ten client brands, and its comparison table reads No under "More than one business" for every plan including Agency. Both of those render today, and anybody running this for clients should read both rows before assuming.

Questions about white label social media

Is white label the same as reselling

Close, and the difference is who the client contracts with. In a white label arrangement the client contracts with you and the partner is invisible. In a referral or reseller arrangement the client may contract with the partner while you take a margin. The second is simpler and the first is where the margin and the risk both sit.

Do I have to tell the client the work is subcontracted

That is a question for your own counsel and your own contract wording rather than for an agency blog. The practical rule that keeps relationships intact is simpler: decide the answer before you are asked, write it into the agreement, and never let a client discover it during a complaint.

Which is cheaper, white label software or a white label partner

Software is cheaper per client and costs you the delivery hours. A partner costs more per client and buys back the hours. Model both against your own client count, because per workspace, per seat and per client pricing produce very different bills at ten clients and the cheapest tier at two is rarely the cheapest at ten.

What should a branded report actually contain

Reach, engagement and follower change are the activity layer and every tool produces them. Add consistent link tagging on everything you post and one named destination action on the client's site, or the report cannot connect the work to the business. Agree one source of truth per number and stay with it, because each network and each tool counts engagement slightly differently.

Can a partner post without my approval

Only if you let them, and whether you can enforce that depends on the approval model in the software. This is the feature worth paying for: a tool where a junior or a partner can draft but not publish, with a dated approval trail against the actual post preview. Several products in this category charge specifically for making approval mandatory rather than optional.
