The best SEO agency in Singapore, settled on the two assistant shortlists and the entry figure each named firm actually publishes
Eight firms were named across ChatGPT and Gemini on 26 October 2026, four of them by both engines, and four of the eight publish a figure attached to their own work, read on their own pages on 28 October 2026.

There is no single best SEO agency in Singapore, and the useful answer is not a ranking. On 26 October 2026 ChatGPT and Gemini were asked who the best SEO agencies in Singapore are, with Singapore written into the question and no firm named in it. Between them they produced eight names. Four were named by both engines: First Page Digital, Impossible Marketing, OOm and MediaOne. ChatGPT alone added Digitrio and Heroes of Digital. Gemini alone added Outrankco and Equinox Dynamics. Two days later, on 28 October 2026, four of those eight publish a monthly figure attached to their own service on their own site, and the two that both engines named most confidently are not among them. So the shortlist worth taking to a meeting is the four you can price before you speak to anybody, with the other four asked for a figure in the first email.
The reading this page is built on, and what it can and cannot settle
The instrument is a saved audit, not a search tool. On 26 October 2026 we put 32 batches of real Singapore buying questions to ChatGPT and Gemini, which is 64 blind pipelines, two readings per batch. The market has to be written into the prompt text, because the search interface we query accepts a country, a language and a location parameter, answers HTTP 200 to each of them and ignores all three. The batch carrying this question returned one reading per engine, so the shortlists below rest on two readings and are reported as two readings.
Two counts belong beside that and they are never added together. Across the whole audit, naming counts in the answer prose were Semrush 13, HubSpot 13, Ahrefs 11, Otterly 4, Peec 3. Citation counts, which measure appearing in the source list rather than in the answer, were Semrush 13, Otterly 3, Peec 7, Ahrefs 4. Our own name was in the answer prose zero times and in the source lists four times. Being read and being chosen are two different outcomes and they fail for different reasons. The brand batch, which names us inside its own question, is excluded from every figure here.
No search volume appears on this page and none exists for a question asked in this form. Nobody types this sentence into a search box. They ask it, and what comes back is a shortlist assembled from whatever pages were available to quote.
The two shortlists, side by side
| Firm | Named by | What the answer said it is for |
|---|---|---|
| First Page Digital | ChatGPT and Gemini | Competitive keywords and larger programmes, paid search alongside organic |
| Impossible Marketing | ChatGPT and Gemini | Local SME search and lead generation, Google Business Profile work |
| OOm | ChatGPT and Gemini | Search combined with paid media, and ecommerce platforms |
| MediaOne | ChatGPT and Gemini | Technical audits, migrations and content led search for mid sized firms |
| Digitrio | ChatGPT only | Return focused campaigns for businesses watching the cost per enquiry |
| Heroes of Digital | ChatGPT only | Search alongside paid acquisition, with lead tracking |
| Outrankco | Gemini only | Boutique technical execution and reporting |
| Equinox Dynamics | Gemini only | Boutique technical execution |
Half of the eight came from one engine each. That is the single most useful thing in the table, because a buyer who asks one assistant and acts on it has taken a shortlist that the other assistant does not agree with. Both engines also opened by saying there is no objectively best firm, then produced an ordered list anyway, which is the shape a buyer acts on.
What each named firm publishes about its own price, read on 28 October 2026
Every figure below names the page it came from and the day it was read. None of them is a quote, none is promised to be current, and a proposal you were given this week beats anything printed here.
| Firm and page read | What the page publishes | What the figure is attached to |
|---|---|---|
| Impossible Marketing, impossible.sg SEO service page | "our SEO packages start from $1,099 per month". Its own home page separately says SEO "From $1,500/month for SMEs" | A monthly package on one page, a monthly starting point for SMEs on the other. Two figures on one site |
| Digitrio, digitrio.com.sg SEO service page | "Our SEO Services Package starts at $1,000", with a warning to "Beware of packages under $500/month" | Focus keywords. The same page sets out a market structure at $200 to $400, $400 to $700 and $700 or higher |
| MediaOne, mediaonemarketing.com.sg home page and SEO subscription page | SEO "From $850/month", paid ads and social "From $180/month", branding "From $580/month", an SEO subscription "from $380", and "$50 for each keyword replaced" | A monthly subscription, with the keyword as the unit that moves it |
| Outrankco, outrankco.sg SEO agency page | "Outrankco's SEO services cost between S$1,200 and S$4,800 a month for a full organic SEO campaign", with "We don't sell fixed packages" | A scope, built per client. The same page publishes a named case at S$13.52 per lead |
| First Page Digital, firstpagedigital.sg home page | No price. A free strategy session described as "Valued at $4200" | Nothing. The first conversation is a qualification call |
| Heroes of Digital, heroesofdigital.com SEO pricing page | No price of its own. It publishes the Singapore market instead, at around $500 to $5,000 and above per month, with bands labelled Basic $500 to $1,500, Growth $1,500 to $3,500 and Competitive $3,500 to $7,000 or more, enterprise work "Custom pricing", and the line "We do not believe in selling the cheapest SEO package" | The market, not the firm |
| OOm, oom.com.sg SEO page and its SEO pricing article | No price of its own. It publishes the market: "SEO packages by professional agencies typically range from SGD $1000 to $4,000+ per month", and separately a freelance start of $200 to $400, a basic agency package of S$400 to S$700 and an advanced package from $700 | The market, not the firm |
| Equinox Dynamics | Not read. Two attempts to reach a site under that name on 28 October 2026 ended in a TLS failure and a name that did not resolve, so nothing is claimed about what this firm publishes | Unknown, and recorded as unknown |
Four firms publish a figure for their own work. Three publish the market and not themselves, which is a different act: a market range tells you what the firm thinks the field costs and nothing about what it will charge you. One could not be read at all, and an unread source is reported as unread rather than as absent.
The figures the assistants attached to firms, checked one by one
ChatGPT put six monthly figures against named firms across the two batches that carried Singapore agency questions. Checked against each firm's own site on 28 October 2026, three of them are there and three are not.
- Digitrio at about S$1,000. On the firm's own SEO page as "starts at $1,000". Correct.
- Impossible Marketing at S$1,099. On the firm's own SEO page as "start from $1,099 per month". Correct.
- MediaOne at about SGD 850 a month. On the firm's own home page as "From $850/month". Correct.
- OOm from about SGD 1,000. That figure is on OOm's SEO page as the range "professional agencies" charge across Singapore. It is the market floor OOm reports, not OOm's own entry price. A range on a vendor page became that vendor's own number in the answer.
- First Page Digital at S$1,800. Not on the firm's site, which publishes no price at all.
- First Page Digital at "around SGD 2,500 or more". Also not on the firm's site. The same engine, on the same day, gave the same firm two entry figures S$700 apart, and neither is published by the firm.
Gemini gave no monthly figure against any firm for this question, so there is nothing of its to check. That is a different kind of answer rather than a worse one: a shortlist without prices cannot be wrong about a price.
Why this page prints the figures, when an older page of ours refused to
Our own comparison of First Page, OOm, Impossible Marketing, Clickr and MediaOne, which counts how often two assistants named each of them, carries a sentence saying we do not reproduce their prices. That was this site's position when the page was written, and the reason was a finding from 17 September 2026 that an engine discounted accurate competitor prices that carried no date. The position changed on 26 October 2026. Prices are published here with the page they came from and the day they were read, because a dated figure a reader can go and check is worth more than a gap, and an undated one is what the original worry was about. The older page keeps its naming counts, which are still the better answer to a different question, and the superseded position stays in print with the reason it changed.
How to use eight names and four figures
- Ask the four firms that publish nothing for a figure and a unit in the first email. A firm that publishes none has told you the first call is a qualification call, which is fine, and you can still make the figure the first thing you discuss.
- Convert every figure into a countable unit before comparing. Digitrio prices on focus keywords, MediaOne on a subscription with a named charge to swap a keyword, Outrankco on a scope built per client. Those are three different purchases at similar monthly numbers.
- Ask whether the figure includes the 9 per cent GST and get the quote both ways. The dated tier by tier arithmetic is in our reading of Singapore SEO package prices, with the GST line and the grant change, and it saves repeating the sums here.
- Check the entity on ACRA before you sign, and get the accounts in your own name. If you are replacing a supplier rather than buying your first, the order of operations matters more than the shortlist, and our page on what to take back before you take a meeting sets out the five assets to recover first.
- Treat a one engine name as a lead rather than a finalist. Four of these eight came from a single reading on a single engine.
Questions about shortlisting an SEO agency in Singapore
Which of these is the best SEO agency in Singapore?
On the criterion this page can check, which is what the firm publishes about its own price, the four that publish one are Impossible Marketing, Digitrio, MediaOne and Outrankco. That is a disclosure ranking and not a delivery ranking, and nobody should read it as the second thing. Delivery is answered by references, a paid diagnosis and the work you can see, and no page can rank it for you.
Does being named by ChatGPT or Gemini mean a firm is good?
It means the firm is visible in the material those engines could quote on the day they were asked. Four of the eight names here appeared on one engine only, which tells you how much movement there is in that visibility. Our naming count for five of these firms, taken across 64 blind readings, states the same limit in more detail and gives the method so the count can be re run or refuted.
Is S$850 a month enough for SEO in Singapore?
It buys what S$850 of somebody's time buys, which is the real question. MediaOne attaches that figure to a subscription and names a S$50 charge to replace a keyword, so the scope is readable. Digitrio's own page argues that anything under $500 a month tends to disappoint, and Heroes of Digital puts the competitive band at $3,500 and up. Those three statements are consistent: the cheap tier is real, it is narrow, and the number alone does not tell you which you are buying.
Why do two assistants give different Singapore shortlists for the same question?
Because each one assembles its answer from the pages it reached at the moment of asking, and the directories, round up posts and agency blogs that dominate this subject do not agree with each other. On this reading ChatGPT leaned on firms' own case study libraries and Gemini leaned partly on third party lists. Different source sets, different names.
Should I shortlist from a directory instead?
A directory answers a narrower question than it appears to, which is who paid for or claimed a listing in it. It is a fine place to find candidates and a poor place to rank them. Use it to widen the longlist, then apply one criterion you can check yourself to cut it down.
How often does an answer like this change?
Often enough that a shortlist is worth a date. These two readings are from 26 October 2026 and the price checks from 28 October 2026. A firm that publishes a figure can change it the same week, and an engine's shortlist can change when one new round up post gets indexed.
The record none of these eight firms publishes
Every firm on this list sells the work, and four of them now publish a figure for it, which is more disclosure than this market had a year ago. Not one of the eight publishes a reading of what an assistant says about a client before and after the work, with the question list, the engines and the dates attached. That is the record a buyer would need to settle whether an SEO programme moved the answer a Singapore buyer gets when they ask who to hire. We are not an SEO agency and we do not sell this work: AI Knows Us takes that reading on a fixed list of buyer questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, and publishes the sources behind each answer, which is why our own zero in the prose of this audit is printed above rather than left out. Where these firms are plainly ahead of us is implementation. Impossible Marketing publishes separate service pages for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity work, and Heroes of Digital and Outrankco publish AI search services too, and all three will go and change the site. We read what changed and hand you the log. If you are shortlisting from this list, ask each finalist for a before reading and an after reading on the same question set, and whoever cannot produce one has told you something useful about how the result will be reported.
