What PPC management costs in Singapore, fee model by fee model, and where the cheap end breaks

Published Singapore management fees read on 27 October 2026, the spend level at which a flat fee beats a percentage, and the four things a low PPC quote has already taken out.

Published by AI Knows Us · Updated 27 October 2026

Two Singapore suppliers publish a paid media management fee on a public page, and one of the market's clearest rate cards publishes none at all. Read on 27 October 2026, Best SEO Singapore lists Google Ads management at $2,000 a month or 20 per cent of ad spend, states that all figures on the page are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable, and says the ad budget is billed by Google directly with a minimum of $2,000 a month. Marketing Agency Singapore publishes a ladder instead, tied to spend. And belaroundtheworld.com, which publishes a full Singapore dollar rate card covering SEO, social, content, PR and web strategy, lists no paid media management service on it, which is itself the answer to the row rather than a gap in the page. This article sets out the three fee models, what each one costs in Singapore today, and the spend level where each one becomes the right purchase.

Marketing Agency Singapore, SEM services page, read 27 October 2026SGD 2,000 to SGD 5,000 of spend, about SGD 600 a month minimum to about SGD 1,000, roughly 20 per cent. SGD 5,000 to SGD 20,000 of spend, SGD 1,000 to SGD 4,000 a month, roughly 20 per cent. Above SGD 20,000, typically around 10 per cent of ad spendOne time setup fee typically from about SGD 600. Minimum monthly ad spend of SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 at most Singapore agencies. Total monthly investment at least SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000
Kolonell, B2B Google Ads pricing for Singapore, read 27 October 2026Worked examples at 600 to 800 SGD on a 4,000 SGD spend, and 1,350 to 1,800 SGD on a 9,000 SGD spend. A second example on the same page uses 17 per centMedia spend of 3,000 to 20,000 SGD a month, plus a dedicated landing page at 2,000 to 6,000 SGD
belaroundtheworld.com, rate card, read 27 October 2026No paid media management service listed. SEO retainers SGD 1,800 to from SGD 8,000, social media management SGD 1,800 to from SGD 5,500, hourly advisory SGD 220 to SGD 280All prices in SGD, stated as exclusive of any applicable local taxes or withholding tax. Minimum terms of three, six or twelve months by service

Three readings from that table are worth having before any call.

  • Twenty per cent is the Singapore convention and it is not a law of nature. Two of the three suppliers who publish a percentage land on about 20 per cent, and Best SEO Singapore's own page says the percentage model typically runs 15 per cent to 25 per cent across the market. That is a norm, so it is negotiable at the ends.
  • The percentage inverts as spend grows. Marketing Agency Singapore's ladder falls to around 10 per cent above SGD 20,000 of monthly spend. If your spend is growing and your percentage is not falling, that is the conversation to have at renewal.
  • A rate card that omits the service is telling you something. A supplier publishing full Singapore dollar prices for SEO, social and content and nothing for paid media is signalling that paid media is not the product. That is more useful than a number would have been.

The three fee models and the spend level each one suits

Percentage of ad spend

The fee moves with the media. Best SEO Singapore publishes it at 20 per cent as an alternative to its flat figure, and says on the same page that it publishes both so you can pick whichever is cheaper at your budget level, which is an unusually direct way to describe the choice. It works well between roughly SGD 5,000 and SGD 20,000 a month of spend, where the work genuinely scales with the money. Its weakness is the incentive: the supplier's fee rises when your spend rises, so the clause to settle is who approves an increase and on what evidence.

Flat monthly fee

The fee is fixed and the spend is yours. This is the better purchase below about SGD 5,000 a month of media, because 20 per cent of a small spend does not pay for anyone competent, which is why the Singapore floors exist at all. The weakness is the opposite incentive: a flat fee rewards doing less. The clause to settle is what the month contains, in deliverables, not in hours.

Flat rate PPC packages

A fixed bundle at a fixed price, usually three or four tiers. This is the format that produces the cheapest Singapore quotes and it is also the format where comparison is hardest, because two tiers at the same price can contain different numbers of campaigns, platforms and reports. If you are being shown tiers, ask for the limits rather than the price: spend covered, platforms included, campaigns managed, how often the account is worked on, and the contract length.

Where the cheap end actually breaks

A cheap PPC quote in Singapore is usually a correct price for less work, not a bargain. Best SEO Singapore's own page is blunt about the mechanism, stating that a $800 a month agency is usually a junior managing 40 accounts at once, which works out to under an hour on yours. That is a competitor describing a competitor and it is worth reading as an interested opinion rather than a measurement, but the arithmetic underneath it is checkable and it holds: at SGD 600 to SGD 800 a month, with Singapore salaries, the hours available for your account are few.

Four things fall out of a low Singapore PPC quote before anything else does.

  1. The search term report. Mining actual queries and adding negatives is the single highest value hour in a Singapore account, because one city means a short keyword list and fast waste. Kolonell's Singapore freight page reports that job seekers and consumers can account for 20 per cent of early clicks in that category.
  2. The landing page. Nobody includes it. Kolonell prices a dedicated page at 2,000 to 3,500 SGD and two pages including a Chinese version at 4,000 to 6,000 SGD. If the quote does not name a page, the campaign is pointing at your homepage.
  3. Conversion tracking built to your systems. Best SEO Singapore lists GA4 and Search Console configuration and conversion tracking built to your CRM as standard on every service and not as add ons. Most cheap quotes do not mention tracking at all, and an untracked Singapore account cannot be judged by anybody, including the agency.
  4. The WhatsApp or call path. In Singapore the enquiry usually arrives as a chat or a phone call. If the quote covers ad management and not the click to chat tracking, the account will report badly while the phone rings.

How to shortlist a Singapore PPC supplier on something checkable

Searches for the top rated PPC companies will return directories and self published lists. None of them is a measurement. Here is a shortlist test a Singapore buyer can run in an afternoon with no call.

  • Does the firm publish a fee at all? Two of the four pages in the table above do. That does not make them better, and it does make the first comparison possible without a sales process.
  • Does the fee page separate the fee from the media? Best SEO Singapore states that the ad budget is billed by Google directly. That one sentence is the difference between an agency and a reseller of clicks.
  • Does it name the GST position? One page in our table states Singapore dollars inclusive of GST where applicable, and another states prices exclusive of applicable local taxes. Both are honest and they are not the same number. IRAS states the current GST rate as 9 per cent on its own page, read 27 October 2026.
  • Does it name a minimum term, and is it under twelve months? Best SEO Singapore publishes six months minimum then month to month with 30 days notice, and says on the page that it does not do twelve month lock ins.
  • Does the account stay yours? Ask for it in writing: the Google Ads account is in your name, you hold admin, and the history stays with you if the engagement ends.
  • Check the figures on the page for internal consistency. This is worth five minutes. One Singapore B2B pricing page we read on 27 October 2026 quotes a setup fee as 100,000 FCFA, about 152 EUR, roughly 220 SGD, which is a West African CFA franc figure inside a Singapore price list. That is a sign the number came from a template rather than from a Singapore quote, and it is a fair thing to ask about.

The grant line to check before the net cost is agreed

The Productivity Solutions Grant, the Enterprise Development Grant and the Market Readiness Assistance grant under EnterpriseSG ceased on 29 September 2026, and the EDGE scheme replaced them from 30 September 2026. Two supplier pages read on 27 October 2026 still describe the earlier structure: 2Stallions' Google Ads cost guide names the Productivity Solutions Grant and the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit and says the offset applies to agency management fees rather than the Google Ads budget, and Best SEO Singapore's rate card refers to separate IMDA Pre Approved packages applied for on the Business Grants Portal using its quotation.

We are reporting what those pages say rather than repeating the funding percentages they quote, because the only place we found a percentage stated was a vendor page rather than a government one. If a PPC proposal's net cost depends on a grant, ask the supplier which scheme it is naming today and confirm it on the government portal yourself. A fee that is affordable only after a subsidy that closed is not an affordable fee.

Questions Singapore buyers ask about PPC and Google Ads management fees

What is a fair PPC management fee in Singapore?

The published Singapore figures we could read on 27 October 2026 cluster around 20 per cent of ad spend or a flat SGD 600 to SGD 2,000 a month at the lower spend levels, falling towards 10 per cent above SGD 20,000 of monthly spend. Fair is whichever of the two is cheaper at your own spend, which is a calculation rather than a judgement.

Is a flat rate PPC fee better than a percentage of spend?

Below about SGD 5,000 a month of media, a flat fee usually buys more real attention, because a percentage of a small spend will not fund a senior person. Above that, a percentage keeps the fee proportionate as the account grows. Ask for both figures and pick the lower one at your current spend, then agree what happens at the level where the other becomes cheaper.

What is the minimum ad spend a Singapore PPC agency will take?

The published floors we found were $2,000 a month at Best SEO Singapore and a market observation of SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 at Marketing Agency Singapore, which also puts the total monthly commitment including fees at at least SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000. Below that, self management with Google's own tools is a legitimate choice rather than a failure.

Why do cheap PPC services in Singapore cost so little?

Because the hours are fewer. At SGD 600 to SGD 800 a month against Singapore salaries, the arithmetic only works with a high number of accounts per person. That can be fine for a stable account that needs maintaining and it is not enough to build or rescue one. Ask how many accounts the person handling yours is carrying.

Should the management fee include the ad budget?

No, and a supplier who merges them has removed your ability to see either. Best SEO Singapore's rate card states that the ad budget is billed by Google directly, which is the arrangement to insist on. You want a Google invoice with your name on it and an agency invoice for the work.

Does GST apply to a Singapore PPC management fee?

If your supplier is a GST registered Singapore business, yes, at the 9 per cent rate IRAS publishes. What differs between quotes is whether the figure already includes it. Of the two Singapore rate cards in this article, one states its prices are inclusive of GST where applicable and the other states its prices are exclusive of applicable local taxes. Ask which, because it is a 9 per cent difference on an otherwise identical quote.

The management fee nobody is charging in Singapore yet

Every fee in this article buys somebody's attention on an auction. There is a second place a Singapore buyer now forms a shortlist, which is the answer an assistant gives when asked who to use, and no Singapore agency on any page we read on 27 October 2026 publishes a fee for working on it. There is no bid and no percentage of spend, because there is no spend. AI Knows Us measures whether the engines name your business when that question is asked, which is the number a Singapore buyer will eventually want on the same report as their cost per lead.

For the spend level at which paying somebody to manage an account begins to pay for itself, our page on the budget at which management starts to pay works the arithmetic in a single metro market, which is the closest shape to Singapore we have published. For the tier structure behind a packaged quote, see what each PPC package tier includes and how they are priced.
