Keep your account secure and delete your data

Change your name and password, export your data, or delete your account and everything in it.

Steps

Open Settings. Under Profile, change your name and press Save.
Under Password, enter your current password and a new one, then press Update password. This signs you out on other devices.
If you sign in with a code or Google, you can add a password here too.
If you forgot your password, press Forgot it? next to the password box on the sign-in page. We email you a code, then you set a new password.
Under Data export, press Download CSV to save every check we have run for you.
To delete everything, go to Danger zone, type your email exactly, press Delete my account and confirm.

Deleting your account removes your brands, questions, answers, drafts and keys. This cannot be undone.
To remove a single uploaded document, press Delete next to it on Company.
Download your tracking log before you delete your account if you want to keep it.
Press Sign out in the top bar on shared computers.
