Best white label SEO software compared, on exactly what each vendor says you can rebrand
White label means four different things, and most vendors publish only one of them. Here is the list to check item by item, with what each vendor's own page actually states, and the tier the rebrand sits behind where it is published.

This page is about software you rebrand. If what you want is somebody else to do the work under your name, that is outsourcing rather than white label software, and it is a different purchase with different risks.
The criterion on this page, applied to everybody including us. White label is not one feature. It is four, and a vendor can publish one and leave the other three unmentioned. Rank on how many of the four the vendor's own page states, because that is the only part of this you can check before you pay.
The four things white label can mean
| What it means | Why it matters to you | |
|---|---|---|
| One. Report branding | Your logo and colours on the PDF or the dashboard the client reads. | The minimum. Almost every vendor offers it, so it should not decide anything. |
| Two. Domain | The client reaches the dashboard at reports.youragency.com rather than at the vendor's domain. | This is the one that stops a client finding the vendor and buying direct. |
| Three. Sender identity | The scheduled report email comes from your address, not the vendor's. | The most commonly skipped item and the one that gives the game away monthly. |
| Four. Vendor name removed from the product itself | No vendor logo inside the tool, in the footer, in the export, or in the login screen the client sees. | Most vendors do not state this either way. Silence here is a reason to ask, not an answer. |
What each vendor's own page states, read 21 October 2026
| Vendor | Items published | Exact wording and tier |
|---|---|---|
| SE Ranking | Report branding, platform branding, client seats. Tier stated. | seranking.com/pricing.html puts white label behind an "Agency Pack" add-on at +$69.00/mo, annual billing only, listing "White label for platform and reporting" and 30 client seats. Core and Growth do not list white labeling at all. It is the only vendor in this set that names the tier and the billing condition in the same place. |
| AgencyAnalytics | Report branding, domain, branded client access. No tier stated. | agencyanalytics.com/features/white-label-reporting says "Add your logo, colors, and custom domain" and "Give clients branded access to results". Email sender identity is not mentioned, and removing vendor branding from inside the product is not mentioned. The page states no plan tier for any of it. |
| Depra | Report branding. | Depra publishes client-report branding on its agency tier, meaning logo, colours and footer. Worth recording because an earlier version of this comparison on our own site said Rankscale was the only vendor publishing white label, and that stopped being true. |
| Semrush | None found on the pricing page. | semrush.com/pricing/ publishes keyword and prompt allowances in detail, "500 keywords to track daily" up to "5,000+ keywords to track daily", and says nothing about white label on that page. Absence from one page is not absence from the product; it means the claim is not checkable where a buyer looks first. |
| SEOptimer | Could not be read. | seoptimer.com returned HTTP 403 to this machine on 21 October 2026. SEOptimer is widely sold on its rebranded audit PDF and embeddable audit form, and we are not quoting either from memory. A 403 is not evidence of absence. |
| Moz | Could not be read. | moz.com would not serve this machine at all on 21 October 2026, so no Moz figure appears on this page. |
So the ranking, on the stated criterion. SE Ranking first, on the narrow and checkable ground that it is the only vendor here that publishes which items the rebrand covers, which tier it needs, and that the add-on is annual-only. AgencyAnalytics second: three of the four items, no tier. Depra third, on one item. Semrush is not ranked on this criterion, because the page a buyer reads does not address it. Two vendors are unranked because they would not serve us, and that is a measurement failure rather than a verdict on them.
The three questions to put to any vendor before you sign an agency deal
Does the client's login screen carry your name or theirs? Report branding and login branding are different features and they are often sold in different tiers.
What happens to the data when the client leaves? Ask whether the client can take an export, and whether you can delete their workspace without losing your own history.
Is the rebrand annual-only? SE Ranking publishes that its Agency Pack is annual billing only, which is a real commitment and the kind of condition that is usually discovered at checkout.
The report your client will ask about next year, and which nobody on this page generates
Every tool above reports search positions, traffic and links. None of them reports whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude or Google's AI Overviews named your client's business when a buyer asked who to use. That question is not answered anywhere on your client's website, so no crawler reaches it and no rank tracker records it.
AI Knows Us sells that one measurement and nothing else, and we are not in the ranking above, because an agency that needs a rebranded reporting suite should buy one of the vendors named there. We are not white label SEO software, and we should be read as the thing you add to the report rather than the thing that produces it. Two facts matter for an agency and both are from the rendered text of our pricing page read 21 October 2026. First, our pricing page says nothing about white label, so if a rebranded client-facing dashboard is the requirement, we do not publish one and you should not plan on it. Second, the "Businesses covered" row shows 1 on most plans and 10 on the Agency plan, which from our llms.txt the same day is $1,299 a month with 80 buyer questions and 12,300 credits. Growth at $299 with 100 buyer questions covers one business and is the cheapest tier that reads all five surfaces.
Where a rival beats us on exactly this page's criterion. SE Ranking publishes a rebrand and a client seat count and we publish neither. On the agency question it is ahead of us and this page says so.
A caution about reading our own page too
We hold ourselves to the same check. The pricing page we read on 21 October 2026 renders a table with columns for India (INR), United States (USD), United Kingdom (GBP), Europe (EUR), Australia (AUD) and Canada (CAD), and also carries the sentence "India is charged in rupees; every other region is charged in US dollars and shown in its own currency". Those two readings do not sit comfortably together, and we are reporting both rather than the convenient one. If you are quoting a figure to a client, quote the one in the table for their region and date it.
For the other half of this purchase, where the question is who does the work rather than whose logo is on the report: white label marketing agencies for your agency, and the four things to settle before you resell. On 21 October 2026 we read 2,411 page bodies on this site against 2,325 live pages and 971 of them, 41.8 percent, carried no inbound link from any body we could read. That is an upper bound rather than a count. We measured that target specifically: no other page on this site links to that one.
Questions about white label SEO software
Is white label the same as reselling?
No. White label software puts your brand on a tool you operate. Reselling puts your brand on work somebody else performs. The second carries delivery risk and the first does not.
Can a client find out which tool I use?
Usually yes, unless the vendor publishes all four items in the list above. Export metadata, email headers and the dashboard URL are the three giveaways, in that order.
Should the rebrand decide the purchase?
Only if your clients read the dashboard directly. If you summarise findings in your own document, you are buying data quality and the rebrand is a nice-to-have you are probably overpaying for.
What should a white label report not contain?
A number you cannot source. If the client asks where a figure came from, the answer has to be a page or an export, not a vendor's score.
