Page Optimizer Pro plans and prices as published on 31 October 2026, and the two numbers its own page disagrees about
Every figure below was read off pageoptimizer.pro/pricing on 31 October 2026, in the US dollars the page prints. It also now sells an AI visibility tracker, which changes who the tool competes with.
AI Knows Us · Updated 31 October 2026
Page Optimizer Pro, sold as POP, is an on-page scoring tool. You give it a target keyword and a page, it reads the pages currently ranking for that keyword and reports what they have in common, then tells you what to change on yours. Read on 31 October 2026, its own pricing page prints three self-serve tiers. Basic at 40 US dollars a month billed monthly, Unlimited at 72 a month billed monthly or 62 a month when paid annually at 739 for the year, and Teams at 143 a month billed monthly or 119 a month when paid annually at 1,425 for the year. The page advertises the annual saving as 17 per cent and a 7-day refund guarantee, both subject to its own policies. Every figure here is a snapshot of that date, read in the currency the page prints, and prices move.
The three tiers, as the page prints them
| Basic | Unlimited | Teams | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | 40 USD per month | 72 USD per month | 143 USD per month |
| Annual price | Not shown on the annual panel | 62 USD per month, 739 USD paid annually | 119 USD per month, 1,425 USD paid annually |
| Stated annual saving | Not shown | 125 USD | 291 USD |
| POP reports a month | From the credit allowance | Unlimited, subject to its Fair Use Policy | Unlimited, subject to its Fair Use Policy |
| Monthly credits | 20 | 50 | 120 |
| Domains | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Sub-accounts | No | No | From 5, maximum 100 |
Two details from the same page that decide whether a tier fits. Extra Teams seats are priced at 12 USD a month or 120 USD a year. And the credit allowance is shared, not per feature. POP describes credits as being spent on the AI Writer, the E-E-A-T analysis, the Google NLP report and Watchdog monitoring, so twenty credits is twenty of those runs in whatever mix you choose, and on the Basic tier it is also what your main reports come out of.
The disagreement on their own page, reported as read
In the plan comparison table, the row for Watchdog limits lists 10 pages, 200 pages and 500 pages across the three tiers. The explanatory text inside that same row reads that Basic plans can monitor 10 pages, "for Unlimited plans this limit is 100 pages and for Team plans this limit is 500". So the middle tier is given as 200 in the column and 100 in the prose, in the same row, on 31 October 2026.
It is reported here rather than resolved, because the only honest way to settle it is to ask POP, and either number may be the current one. If Watchdog page monitoring is the reason you are buying, that is the question to put in writing before you pay. The useful general lesson is in the next paragraph.
A vendor comparison table and a vendor tooltip are maintained by different people at different times. When one feature decides your purchase, take the figure from the thing you will be billed against rather than from the marketing table, and keep the date you read it.
What the tool actually does, in the order you would use it
- Run a report on a keyword and a page. POP reads the current top results and produces target ranges for terms and page structure. The structure suggestions include competitor averages for tags, images and videos, which is the part people use when building a page from nothing.
- Edit against the score. The Content Editor scores a draft inside POP, and the Chrome extension puts the recommendations inside Google Docs, WordPress and other editors so you are not copying text between tabs.
- Check the trust signals. The E-E-A-T analysis looks for the experience, expertise, authority and trust markers a page is missing. POP describes a NextGen version of it scored on an 80-point system inspired by Google's own guidelines.
- Read the entities. The Google NLP feature returns the entities and categories Google's own API identifies in your content and in competitors'.
- Watch for changes. Watchdog monitors ranking pages for changes, which is the feature that turns a one-off report into a reason to keep the subscription.
- Generate schema. POP Schema produces page markup, and POP Custom lets you control the report inputs rather than accepting its default competitor set.
The done-for-you services, which are a different purchase
POP also sells two managed services from the same pricing page, and they are priced on a from basis rather than as plans.
- POP Authority, described as for small businesses, printed as from 555 USD per month. The listed inclusions are keyword strategy, a six month content roadmap, new and optimised pages published monthly, a dedicated SEO manager, publishing and technical implementation, and monthly reporting. The page also advertises a 90-day growth guarantee.
- POP White Glove, described as white-label for agencies, printed as from 275 USD. The billing period is not printed beside that figure on the page as read on 31 October 2026, so treat the number as a starting point and get the period in writing.
On the guarantee wording, the four things worth settling before accepting any of them, from any supplier, are what metric counts as growth, measured on whose data, over which baseline period, and what the remedy actually is when the number is missed. A guarantee that does not answer all four is a sales line rather than a term.
Who it suits, and who it does not
- It suits somebody writing or fixing pages week after week. The value is in running a report, editing to it, and re-running, and the unlimited reports on the middle tier exist because that loop is the product.
- It suits an agency with writers who should not have account access. The Secret Key feature hands recommendations to a writer without handing over the account, and white-label PDF reports sit on the Teams tier.
- It does not suit a site with one page to fix. Twenty credits on the entry tier is enough to learn the tool and not enough to run a programme, and a single page is cheaper to fix by reading the three results above you.
- It is not a rank tracker or a backlink index. It scores pages. If you need positions over time or a link index, that is a different line on the budget. Our comparison of Surfer SEO plans and reviews covers the nearest alternative in the scoring category.
The newer feature that moves it into a second category
POP now lists an AI Visibility Tracker inside the same plans, on all three tiers as read on 31 October 2026. Its own description is that it shows "whether AI recommends your brand across ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity", who gets named instead, why you are missing and how to fix it. There is also POP Pilot, an assistant inside the product that runs the workflows for you.
That is worth flagging for two reasons. It means an on-page scoring subscription now bundles something that used to be a separate purchase, which is a genuine advantage if you want one invoice and one login. And it means the number to compare across tools in this category is no longer the keyword allowance. It is how many answer surfaces are read, how often, and whether the tool shows you the sources each answer was built from, because a score with no sources tells you that you are missing and not what to publish. We write about that distinction in a content optimisation tool against an AI visibility tool, which is the same question asked about the corpus each score is built from.
Questions about Page Optimizer Pro pricing and plans
What does Page Optimizer Pro cost?
As read on pageoptimizer.pro/pricing on 31 October 2026, in the US dollars the page prints, Basic is 40 a month billed monthly, Unlimited is 72 a month billed monthly or 62 a month paid annually at 739 for the year, and Teams is 143 a month billed monthly or 119 a month paid annually at 1,425 for the year. Check the page for the current figures before you buy.
Is there a free plan?
The pricing page shows no free tier. It links a Free On Page SEO Checker from the resources menu, and it advertises a 7-day refund guarantee subject to its refund policy, which is the route people use to try the paid product.
What does unlimited mean on the Unlimited plan?
It covers POP reports and Watchdog reports, marked on the page as subject to a Fair Use Policy. The credit allowance is separate and is what the AI Writer, E-E-A-T, NLP and Watchdog runs consume, at 50 a month on that tier.
How many pages can Watchdog monitor?
The comparison table and the explanatory text in the same row disagree for the middle tier on 31 October 2026, giving 200 pages in the column and 100 in the prose. Both agree on 10 for Basic and 500 for Teams. Ask POP directly if this is the deciding feature.
Does POP replace an SEO tool subscription?
Not on its own. It answers what to change on a page and now reports whether assistants name your brand. Positions over time, a link index and site crawling are separate jobs, and most teams keep one broad suite alongside a scoring tool.
How much are extra seats on the Teams plan?
The page prints 12 USD a month or 120 USD a year per seat, with the Teams plan starting at 5 sub-accounts and a maximum of 100.
The one check a scoring tool and a visibility tracker answer differently
A page score answers a question with a known right answer. It compares your page against the pages Google is already ranking and tells you where the gap is, and that is a tidy, repeatable job. The question a buyer now also asks has no top ten to copy from. Somebody types who should I use for this into an assistant and gets three names, and the thing that decided those three names was what has been published about each company across the whole web rather than what is on any single page. That is why the two measurements do not substitute for each other, and why the useful instrument records the names that came back and the sources behind them instead of a number. AI Knows Us is built for that second question specifically, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI Overviews, and reports the sources each answer was assembled from. Whether you want that in the same subscription as your page scoring or as its own instrument is a real choice, and POP bundling it is a fair reason to pick the bundle.
