What Serpstat costs per plan, and the 1,500 AI visibility checks now included from the Team plan up
Four published tiers from USD 50 to USD 410 a month, read off Serpstat's own plans page on 29 October 2026, with the seat count that actually separates them and the path you need to reach the page at all

Serpstat publishes four self serve tiers and no enquiry form in front of them. Read from serpstat.com/page/pricing-plans/ on 29 October 2026, HTTP 200: Individual is 50 dollars a month, Team is 100 dollars a month, Team x2 is 169 dollars a month and Agency is 410 dollars a month. The page advertises "Save up to 27% with annual discount" and prints a stated annual saving against each tier, 228 dollars on Individual, 348 on Team, 480 on Team x2 and 1,068 on Agency. Every figure carries a bare dollar sign with no currency code, so a Singapore buyer should plan for a United States dollar invoice rather than a Singapore dollar one. The three things that decide which tier you need are daily searches, position checks a month and, more than either of those, how many people get their own login.
Google Keyword Planner reports 10 searches a month in Singapore for this phrasing, harvested on 26 October 2026 against geo 2702, read as the group maximum rather than the sum of its phrasings. That is a small, steady stream of people trying to size a subscription before they commit to it, and the figures below are what the vendor served on the day.
The four published tiers, read on 29 October 2026
| Line | Individual | Team | Team x2 | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | USD 50 | USD 100 | USD 169 | USD 410 |
| Stated annual saving | USD 228 | USD 348 | USD 480 | USD 1,068 |
| Projects for Rank Tracker and Site Audit | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Searches a day for sites, keywords and links | 100 | 500 | 1,000 | 5,000 |
| Pages to audit | 30,000 | 150,000 | 300,000 | 1,500,000 |
| Maximum pages to scan | 5,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 | Unlimited |
| Export rows a month | 50,000 | 250,000 | 500,000 | 2,500,000 |
| Multi user access | Not offered on this tier | 3 users | 6 users | 30 users |
| AI visibility checks a month | None | 1,500 | 1,500 | 1,500 |
| JavaScript rendering in Site Audit | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| API access | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| White label reports | No | No | No | Yes |
| Data retention period, printed as a bare number with no unit beside it | 2 | 10 | 10 | 100 |
Two lines in that table move the decision more than the price does, and neither of them is the headline.
The seat count is the real step, not the search allowance
Individual has no multi user access at all. The comparison table prints a dash in that column, while Team gives 3 users, Team x2 gives 6 and Agency gives 30. So the jump from 50 dollars to 100 dollars a month is not mainly a jump in data. It is the point at which a second person can log in under their own name.
That matters in a small Singapore team for a practical reason. Two people sharing one login collide inside Rank Tracker projects, and the shared credential is the thing that breaks a handover when somebody leaves. Count the people who will open the tool in a normal month, including the account manager who only reads reports, and buy the tier that holds them. If the answer is one person, Individual is honestly sized and the three user tier is money spent on a seat nobody uses. Our page on choosing SEO tools for a two to four person in house team in Singapore works the same question across several vendors, because the seat is the unit that most often decides the bill.
The second line is JavaScript rendering, which Individual does not include. If your site is a React or Vue build where the content arrives after a script runs, an audit without rendering reports the shell rather than the page. For a WordPress or Shopify store it changes little. For a single page application it changes everything the audit says.
The AI visibility allowance, priced per check
The page states that AI visibility, described on it as "Formerly LLM Brand Monitor", is "included with Team, Team x2 and Agency plans, 1,500 checks per month at no extra cost". Above the allowance, the page states that "extra checks cost 20 dollars per 1,000, with a minimum top-up of 40 dollars". That works out at two cents a check at the top up rate, with a two thousand check minimum purchase.
The models named on the page are "ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini and other AI models", and the plan copy also lists "ChatGPT and Claude Integration (MCP)" as a Team feature, which is a different thing: that is Serpstat data inside an assistant, not an assistant being watched. Grok is on their list and it is worth saying plainly that it is not on ours.
For a buyer, the useful move is to convert the allowance into a schedule before you decide whether it is generous. Fifteen hundred checks a month is fifty a day. One buyer question asked on one model once is one check, so fifty prompts read daily, or a hundred prompts read every second day, fits inside the included allowance with room to spare. A list of three hundred prompts read daily across three models does not, and the top up arithmetic above is how you price the gap.
Two places the page prints two numbers for one limit
The Team column gives keyword position checks a month as 50,000 on the plan card and 99,999 in the comparison table beneath it. The API credits row carries five values across four columns. Both are recorded here as the page served them on 29 October 2026 rather than resolved, because resolving them means guessing which of the two a contract is written against. If position volume or API volume is the thing that decides your tier, ask Serpstat which figure the invoice carries and get the answer in writing before you subscribe.
The page is not at the address you would guess
Anybody checking these figures will hit the same obstacle we did. serpstat.com/pricing/ returns HTTP 404 and serves a fully styled 281,478 byte page with the site navigation on it. Nothing about it looks like a missing page except the status code. The figures live at serpstat.com/page/pricing-plans/, which we found by reading the link out of the homepage navigation rather than typing a path that seemed obvious. When you are collecting vendor prices, take the URL from the site's own menu and check the status code in your browser's network tab.
What a Singapore buyer pays beyond the number
There is no Singapore dollar ladder on the page and no currency switch in the served document, so the figure you plan around is a United States dollar figure converted by your card issuer on the day it bills. Two details help. From the Team plan up, the feature list includes "Billing by Invoice", which is the line a Singapore company with a procurement process actually needs, and the payment FAQ names credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. The tax treatment of an overseas software subscription is a separate question, and we work it through on our page covering what SEO tools really cost a Singapore buyer, the GST route and the currency nobody bills in.
The trial terms are published and specific. There is a 7 day free trial covering the Individual or Team plan. The FAQ states that card entry "charges 1 dollar and returns it to your account in 5 to 30 minutes", and that starting a trial activates auto renewal, so "the amount for the respective plan will be automatically withdrawn after 7 days" unless it is cancelled. Put the cancellation date in a calendar on the day you start.
On discounts beyond the annual one, the FAQ states that custom pricing and discounts are offered "for enterprises, non-profits, and customers who commit to longer-term contracts", and publishes no figure for any of them. That is the answer to the question rather than a gap on the page: the discount exists and the number is set in a conversation.
Which tier fits which workload
- One practitioner, up to five sites, no API. Individual at 50 dollars a month. Accept 100 searches a day and no JavaScript rendering going in, and check that nobody else will need a login.
- A small agency or an in house pair. Team at 100 dollars a month, bought for the three seats and the unlimited project count rather than for the search allowance, with the AI visibility allowance arriving as part of it.
- A research heavy team. Team x2 at 169 dollars a month, where the 1,000 daily searches and six seats are the reason, since the AI visibility allowance is the same 1,500 checks as Team.
- An agency delivering client reports. Agency at 410 dollars a month, because white label reports appear on that tier only, along with 30 seats and the highest data retention figure on the table.
Questions buyers ask about Serpstat pricing
Is there a free plan rather than a trial
The plans page publishes a 7 day free trial of Individual or Team and no permanently free tier. Treat the trial as a scheduled week of work rather than a look around: load one real project, run one site audit and one rank tracking set, and decide on what came back.
Does the Team plan include everything an agency needs
Not quite. Unlimited projects, API access and three seats arrive on Team, and white label reports arrive on Agency. If you send branded reports to clients, that one feature decides your tier regardless of how much data you use.
How does the annual discount work
The page states up to 27 per cent off for annual payment and prints the saving in dollars against each tier. Run a month on the monthly price first, confirm the seats are being used weekly, then switch, because an annual commitment on an unused seat is the most expensive line in this category.
Are the AI visibility checks the same thing as rank tracking
They are two different measurements on one invoice. Rank tracking records a position in a results page. An AI visibility check records what a model wrote when somebody asked it a question, which has no position number in it. Reading both from one account is convenient, and the two numbers answer different questions.
Who publishes a cheaper entry tier
On published figures, several platforms start below 50 dollars a month and each buys a different shape of allowance, which is why a comparison only works once you name the unit you care about. Our page on the cheapest keyword research tool a Singapore buyer can actually run, priced per credit does that comparison on the one unit that keyword work consumes.
Will the price be the same next month
This page is a dated snapshot of one vendor page, not a promise about the future, and plan names in this category move. Open the plans page on the day you buy and compare it with the table above, which carries its date for exactly that reason.
The line item that is now on the same invoice as your keyword data
Something quietly significant sits in that pricing table. A keyword platform is now selling checks on what a model says about a brand, priced at two cents each above a bundled 1,500, beside the searches and the position checks it has always sold. The unit has changed shape: a search volume is a count of people typing, and a check is one answer written once to one question by one model. The two cannot be added together, and a buyer looking at one invoice will be tempted to try. The question to ask any vendor selling that allowance, ours included, is which models the check covers, how often the same question is re asked, and whether the answer comes with the sources behind it. At AI Knows Us the check is the whole product rather than a line on a suite bill, which is a reason to compare us on coverage and repetition rather than on price, and a reason to buy Serpstat if what you actually need is keyword and backlink data with the allowance thrown in.
