Create your account and set up your first business

Sign up, verify your email with a 6-digit code, and fill in the onboarding form so the Intake agent can build your fact sheet.

Steps

Go to the sign-up page and press Continue with Google if it is shown, or enter your name, work email and a password. The password needs at least 10 characters, with a letter and a number.
Tick the box to agree to the terms and privacy policy, then press Create account.
Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. Enter it and press Verify and continue. The code expires in 10 minutes. If it does not arrive, check spam or press send a new code.
On Tell us about your business, enter your website and the name buyers know you by.
Fill in What do you sell?, a one-line description, Who buys from you?, Countries and cities, and Languages. The first country you list sets where checks are asked from.
Add competitors, one per line, as name, domain.
Optionally add up to 5 brochures, decks or fact sheets (PDF, TXT, MD, CSV or HTML, up to 10 MB each).
Press Build my fact sheet and keep the tab open. It takes about a minute. You land on the dashboard with your first buyer questions ready.

Use the plain name customers use for you, not the legal company name, unless they are the same.
The more specific What do you sell? is, the sharper your buyer questions will be.
If you picked a paid plan on the pricing page, you can pay after your business is set up.
