What Botify costs, and the pricing address that answers with a demo form
Botify publishes no price anywhere on its site. Here is what its own pricing address does instead, read on 29 October 2026, what the platform does publish, and the five figures a Singapore buyer should fix before booking the call.

Botify publishes no price. Requested on 29 October 2026, botify.com/pricing returns HTTP 301 and sends you to botify.com/demo-request, and the response header carries the destination in plain text as Location /demo-request. The page it lands on returns HTTP 200 at about 68 KB with roughly 1,970 visible words, and in that served document there is no currency figure of any kind, in any currency. There is also no form in the document, which is the part worth knowing before you plan an afternoon on it. The served HTML contains zero form elements, zero input fields and zero select menus. The request form arrives from HubSpot and the meeting scheduler from ChiliPiper, both after the page loads. So the address where the price should be is wired to a conversation, and the conversation itself is assembled by script.
Google Keyword Planner reports 10 searches a month in Singapore for this group of phrasings, read against geo 2702 for the Singapore plan of 26 October 2026. That is a small and very specific group of people, and almost all of them are doing the same job: building a budget line for a platform whose vendor will not name a number until a meeting is in the diary. This page gives you what is publishable, the units that actually set the figure in this part of the market, and the Singapore items that belong in your sheet before the call.
What the pricing address does, exactly
Three readings, all taken on 29 October 2026 with a desktop Chrome user agent, and all three worth separating because they answer different questions.
- botify.com/pricing answers HTTP 301 Moved Permanently with Location /demo-request. Followed, the effective address is botify.com/demo-request.
- botify.com/demo-request answers HTTP 200 with no currency figure and no form markup in the document.
- Every link in the site navigation that could carry a commercial figure, including solutions/size/enterprise and solutions/size/growth, ends in a demo call to action. The growth page carries the words BOOK A DEMO rather than a plan. There is no pricing entry in the navigation at all.
A 301 is a deliberate instruction rather than a missing page. Somebody decided that the pricing address should resolve to a request form, which is a clearer statement of the sales model than an empty page would be. It also means a buyer, or a research assistant acting for one, will never find a figure to compare, however carefully it looks. That is the honest shape of enterprise technical SEO procurement today, and our page on BrightEdge compared with the enterprise platforms beside it reads the same pattern across four vendors in the same band.
What Botify does publish about itself
Quite a lot, and the shape of it tells you what the quote will be built from. Read from botify.com and its platform navigation on 29 October 2026, the product is organised in three groups.
- AI Readiness, described on the site as the infrastructure that gets you recommended, covering an AI optimised catalog and AI agent and bot management.
- AI Visibility, covering GEO analytics, website analytics, keyword analytics, AI agent and bot analytics, prioritised actions and proactive alerts. The feature pages behind those are addressed as sitecrawler, loganalyzer, realkeywords, actionboard and alertpanel, which are the vendor's own URLs rather than text on the page, so take them as a guide to what to ask for by name rather than as product names you can quote.
- AI Activation, covering AI generated content, automation and deployment, cross platform indexation and internal linking, plus an MCP server. The addresses behind those read as pageworkers, smartindex, smartlink and smartcontent, with speedworkers and agenticcatalog sitting under AI Readiness.
Three figures are published and they are the ones to carry into the call. The home page states a serving target of under 300 ms for content served to agents. It cites an analysis of over 7 billion log files on how one assistant operator finds content. And a customer quotation on the same page states an improvement in OpenAI crawl efficiency of 122 per cent. The first is a specification you can hold a vendor to. The second and third are evidence about a dataset and about one customer, which is a different kind of claim, and worth asking to see the method behind.
The services side is sold the same way. The growth page offers a managed service and states that you will see measurable results in as little as 90 days by partnering with the consulting team. Treat that the way you would treat any supplier timeline that arrives without a definition: ask which metric is being measured, who measures it, from what baseline, and what happens at day 91 if the number has not moved. A 90 day figure is useful once those four things are written down beside it, and decorative until then.
The units that set the number in this band
Nobody in enterprise technical SEO bills by the seat alone, which is why a figure from one buyer does not transfer to another. The quote is assembled from volume, and the volume is yours. Settle these before the call and the proposal becomes comparable with its rivals.
| What the vendor meters | Where your own number comes from | Why it moves the price |
|---|---|---|
| URLs crawled per month | Your sitemap index count, multiplied by crawl frequency | A crawl of 400,000 URLs weekly is a different product from 40,000 monthly |
| Log lines ingested per day | Your own server or CDN log volume, measured for a week | Log analysis is the expensive half of this category and the half nobody estimates |
| Domains, subdomains and markets | Your own property list, including country subfolders | Each one is usually a separate project with separate quotas |
| Seats and roles | Who opens a dashboard, not who is on the team | Read only seats are often cheaper, and most teams need more of those |
| API and warehouse access | Whether your analysts want the data in your own store | Programmatic access is routinely a separate line |
| Managed service days | Whether anybody internally owns the work | The service line is often larger than the software line |
Our page on enterprise SEO governance and prioritising across thousands of pages sets out the work these platforms are bought to run, which is the other half of the business case and the part a procurement committee reads first.
The five figures to fix before you book the demo
Walk in with these and a demo becomes a priced proposal in one meeting instead of three.
- Your indexable page count, taken from your own sitemap index rather than from a crawl estimate.
- Your daily log volume, measured for seven days, in lines and in gigabytes.
- Your market list, with the exact domain or path for each one.
- Your seat split, divided into people who will change things and people who will only read reports.
- Your internal owner. If nobody owns the queue, you are buying a service and a platform, and the quote should say so in two lines rather than one.
What a Singapore buyer adds on top of the quote
Two lines belong in the Singapore sheet beside whatever number comes back, and neither is decided by the vendor.
The first is tax. IRAS states on its own GST basics material that the current rate is 9 per cent, and it names two routes by which an overseas supply reaches a Singapore buyer: reverse charge, when you buy services from overseas suppliers, and overseas vendor registration, when the overseas supplier is registered to supply Singapore customers. Which route your invoice travels depends on your own registration status rather than on where the vendor sits, and our page on what SEO tools really cost a Singapore buyer sets out both regimes with the IRAS wording. Settle which one you are in before you compare two proposals, because it changes the real difference between them.
The second is grant funding, where the position changed recently enough that vendor pages are still wrong about it. EDG, MRA and PSG all ceased on 29 September 2026. The live scheme is EDGE, and the Enterprise Singapore page at enterprisesg.gov.sg/financial-support/edge-grant states support of up to 70 per cent for SMEs and up to 50 per cent for non SMEs, with the note that support levels differ by activity. Read on 29 October 2026, the same material puts a ceiling of S$100,000 in total per year across all activities, with the cap refreshed on 1 April, and it is reimbursement only, paid after the activity is complete and fully paid for. For an unpublished enterprise price that matters twice: you fund the whole invoice first, and a multi year platform commitment can exhaust an annual cap in one signature. If a supplier quotes you a funding percentage of its own, check which figure belongs to the government and which belongs to the supplier.
What to ask for in writing
An unpublished price is not a problem as long as the quote that replaces it is specific. Four things make it comparable with a published ladder.
- The metered units and the included allowance for each, in the same words the invoice will use.
- The overage rate for every metered unit, which is the figure most proposals leave out and most renewals turn on.
- The term and the uplift, stated as a percentage with a cap, because year two is where an enterprise contract is actually priced.
- The currency and the billing entity, so you can price the card or telegraphic transfer conversion rather than discover it.
Date the document. A quote without a date on it cannot be compared with next quarter's quote, which is the same discipline we apply to every vendor figure we publish.
Questions buyers ask about Botify pricing
Does Botify publish a price anywhere
Not on 29 October 2026. The pricing address itself answers with a 301 to the demo request form, and the destination carries no currency figure in its served document. The enterprise and growth pages both end in a demo call to action rather than a plan.
Is there a free trial or a self serve tier
The site publishes neither. Every route into the product in the navigation goes through a demo request or a login, so access begins with a conversation. If you want to start work this week, start with your own logs and your own sitemap count, because both are inputs the platform will ask for anyway.
Why does the demo page look empty when I read it
Because the form is not in the document. The served HTML carries no form, input or select elements, and the request form and scheduler are injected by HubSpot and ChiliPiper after load. The page is fine in a browser with scripts enabled. It is thin to anything reading the raw response, which includes some research tools.
What should I expect the quote to be built on
Volume rather than headcount. URLs crawled, log lines ingested, properties and markets, seats split by role, API access, and managed service days. Bring your own numbers for the first four and the proposal arrives in one pass.
Can a Singapore company put this through a grant
EDGE is the live scheme after PSG, EDG and MRA ceased on 29 September 2026, and its published support levels are up to 70 per cent for SMEs and up to 50 per cent for non SMEs, with support levels differing by activity and a total of up to S$100,000 a year across all activities. It reimburses after the activity is finished and fully paid, so budget the full invoice first and treat any recovery as later cash rather than a discount on the quote.
The line the proposal will not contain
A platform in this band exists to make a large site legible to machines, and the proposal will be full of numbers about that work: pages crawled, log lines read, templates changed, indexation recovered. None of those numbers answers the question a managing director actually asks after signing, which is whether the company gets named when a buyer asks an assistant who to use. That answer is written somewhere else entirely, in the pages the assistant reads, and it changes without any of your own metrics moving. AI Knows Us measures that one thing for a domain and shows which pages each mention came from, and unlike this category it publishes its own prices where you can read them without booking a meeting. What it does not do is read your server logs or crawl a million URLs, which is exactly what you would be buying here, so the two sit beside each other rather than against each other.
