What Semrush Listing Management costs per location, and the plan step that is its real price

Read from Semrush's own Local Toolkit pricing page on 29 October 2026, with the figure it does not write into the document and the four questions a Singapore buyer should settle first

Published by AI Knows Us · Updated 29 October 2026

Semrush does not sell Listing Management as a line with its own price. It is the feature that separates two tiers of the Local Toolkit, and the Local Toolkit is billed per location. Read on semrush.com/pricing/local/ on 29 October 2026, the page serves two published figures and one quote. Base is "$30 /mo per location billed annually". Pro is "$60 /mo per location billed annually", and the first item in its own list of what Pro adds to Base is Listing Management. Business is "Let's talk" with a contact sales button and "Custom pricing and billing cycle". So the price of Listing Management, as published that day, is the thirty dollar per location per month step from Base to Pro, and that step also carries review management and generation, advanced Google Business Profile management, and a larger Map Rank Tracker allowance.

Google Keyword Planner reports 10 searches a month in Singapore for this query, harvested against geo 2702 on 26 October 2026. It is a small number, and the people typing it are usually about to commit a per outlet subscription for a year, which is why the unit matters more here than the headline.

The two tiers, as the page prints them

TierPublished figure, read 29 October 2026What the page lists against it
Base, "For small local businesses"$30 /mo per location billed annuallyAutomated Google Business Profile management with AI Agent, AI-powered post generation and publishing, review auto-replies, automated photo posting, "Map Rank Tracker, 375 credits"
Pro, "For growing businesses"$60 /mo per location billed annually"All Base features plus" Listing Management, review management and generation, advanced GBP management, "Map Rank Tracker, 1,225 credits"
Business, "For large businesses""Let's talk", contact sales"All Pro features plus" custom pricing and billing cycle, customizable limits, priority customer support

The figure that is not in the document

The page carries a monthly and annual switch, and the version served to a plain request is the annual one. Both figures above are the annual commitment expressed as a monthly rate. The monthly billed number is produced by the page's own script after the switch is moved, so it is not in the first response at all. That is worth knowing before you budget, because in this category the month to month rate is routinely the higher of the two and every tier here is a per location rate that will be multiplied.

Two Semrush pages also disagree about one add-on on the same day. The Local Toolkit pricing page lists Additional Users at "$20 /mo". The main plans and pricing page lists Additional Users at "Starting at $45/mo". Both were read on 29 October 2026. Neither page is hiding anything, and the likely reason is that the add-on is priced against the plan it attaches to. It is still a figure to confirm at checkout rather than carry into a budget from whichever page you happened to open.

Per location is the unit, and it is not the only unit on sale

Listings tools are metered in two different ways and the difference decides your bill long before the headline does. Semrush charges per location, so the arithmetic is linear. Five outlets on Pro is five times sixty dollars a month on the annual commitment.

SE Ranking takes the other route. Read on seranking.com/subscription.html on 29 October 2026, its platform plans both include "Local Marketing Locations 3" and both offer "Extra locations from $18.40". Its comparison table also prints "Listing Management, directories 100+ worldwide" against both tiers. So a three outlet business gets the listings work inside a subscription it may be buying anyway, and a thirty outlet chain is buying twenty seven extra locations on top.

Neither route is better in the abstract. Count your outlets, then read the two ladders against that number. Below about four locations the bundled allowance usually wins. Above it the per location rate is easier to forecast and easier to cancel one branch at a time.

The question neither page answers, and it is the one that matters in Singapore

Semrush's own local SEO feature page, read on 29 October 2026, describes the product in one sentence. It says Listing Management "distributes your business info to the most important online directories in one go". It names no directory and no country. SE Ranking's figure of "100+ worldwide" is a count rather than a list.

For a buyer in the United States that is a small gap, because the directory estate there is large, well known and heavily used. For a Singapore buyer it is the whole purchase. A citation network is only worth a per location fee if the places it pushes to are places a Singapore customer actually reaches, and the Singapore discovery set is short. Google Business Profile does most of the work here, Apple Maps and Waze matter for drivers, and the rest of the demand sits with marketplaces and messaging rather than with the long tail of directories that a global listings product was built for.

So ask for the list before you pay for the network. A vendor that distributes to a hundred directories worldwide can still reach four that matter in Singapore, and four may be enough. What you should not do is pay a per location rate on the assumption that the number in the marketing copy is a number about your market.

The four things to settle before the first invoice

  • Which Singapore destinations are in the network. Ask for them by name, in writing, and check two of them yourself.
  • Who holds the Google Business Profile. The automation on both tiers writes to your profile. Primary ownership should sit in your company's account at the end of the engagement, whoever is operating it.
  • What happens to the listings if you stop paying. Some listings products revert the data they pushed. Get the answer before the renewal, not at it.
  • The tax and currency line. Neither vendor offers Singapore dollars. These are imported digital services, so the 9 per cent goods and services tax reaches you through one of two routes depending on whether you are registered, and your card issuer adds a conversion charge on top. Our page on what SEO tools really cost a Singapore buyer sets out the two routes.

When this is the wrong purchase

One outlet, one city, one profile. If that describes you, the listings half of the product is doing very little, and the part you are actually buying is the Google Business Profile automation and the map rank tracking. Both are useful and neither needs the Pro tier. Start on Base, or start on nothing at all and do the profile properly by hand for a quarter, which costs an afternoon a month and tells you what the automation would have been worth.

Several outlets with different opening hours, different phone numbers and different managers is the case the per location unit was built for, and it is also the case where a wrong address propagates fastest. If that is you, the comparison worth running is this one against the per outlet ladders in our page on managing listings and reviews across several Singapore outlets.

If what you are really shopping for is the listings and reviews product on its own rather than a platform subscription, the nearest comparison with a published Singapore angle is what Moz Local and the Moz API cost, which covers one product in this category that a Singapore business cannot buy at all.

Questions buyers ask about Semrush Listing Management pricing

Can I buy Listing Management without the rest of the Local Toolkit

Not as the page was published on 29 October 2026. It appears only in the list of what the Pro tier adds to Base, so the smallest purchase that includes it is Pro at $60 a month per location on the annual commitment.

Is the price per business or per outlet

Per outlet. Both published tiers say "per location" in the figure itself. Multiply by the number of addresses you want managed before comparing it with anything.

Does Semrush publish a Singapore dollar price

No. The pricing page serves dollars and offers no Singapore dollar option, so the invoice reaches you in a foreign currency with a conversion charge and the imported services tax treatment that goes with it.

How many directories does it actually cover in Singapore

The vendor's own pages do not say. The feature page describes "the most important online directories" and names none, so this is a question to put to sales and get back in writing before the first payment.

Is the Map Rank Tracker allowance the same on both tiers

No. The page prints 375 credits against Base and 1,225 against Pro, so the tracking allowance moves with the tier alongside the listings feature.

What is the cheapest way to keep several outlets listed correctly

Correct the profiles by hand first, because the tool maintains what you give it and will propagate an error just as reliably as a fix. Once the data is right, compare the per location rate against a plan with locations bundled in and buy whichever is cheaper at your outlet count.

The listing nobody is managing yet

Every product on this page distributes one record to a set of destinations a vendor chose. None of them touches the place a growing share of Singapore buyers now ask first, which is an assistant. When somebody types a question about your category into ChatGPT or Gemini, the answer is assembled from pages those models read, and a correct directory entry is only one small input to it. AI Knows Us exists to measure that second answer, which is why we write about listings tools without selling one.
