Review drafts before they go live
Every draft is checked by rule-based gates and by a separate Editor agent. Once it is clear, it is scheduled and goes live on its own after a hold, so you can read it, edit it or stop it first.
Steps
Open Schedule. Each row shows the status, word count, blockers and fixes, and facts to confirm.
Open a draft to see the preview and the review panels.
Read Checks. A blocker holds the page back until it is fixed. A fix should be fixed. A note is for your judgement.
Read Facts to confirm. These are hidden [VERIFY] notes in the page for facts we may not publish yet.
To fix facts, sort them out on Company, by confirming, correcting or adding a source, then press Rewrite. Or fix them in your CMS before the post goes live.
Once there are no blockers, the page is scheduled with a visible go-live time. You can edit it, publish it now, or stop it any time before then.
Press Download HTML to use the page anywhere.
Tips
- Common gates: no long dashes, answer first, a last-verified date, methodology and limits notes, 4 to 6 FAQs, valid structured data.
- Unproven superlatives such as best or number one are flagged. Keep them only if you can point us at a source, because your own word is not enough for a claim about the wider world.
- A visible [VERIFY] note is a blocker. It must stay hidden as an HTML comment.
