GEO for Real estate

Residential developers, brokerages, co-working, co-living, interior firms

Be named when buyers ask AI where and what to buy.

Home buyers ask AI which areas in Pune suit families or which builders deliver on time. Answers pull from property portals, news and forums. We show where you stand for the micro-markets you sell in and help you publish accurate project and area guides.

We work to get your business named and cited when your buyers ask AI.

01

What buyers ask AI

Real buyers give context: a city, a budget, a team size, often in Hinglish. These are the kinds of questions worth tracking in this industry.

None of them name your brand. That is the blind rule: if the question names you, the AI app mentions you because you asked, and the result tells you nothing. How to write good buyer questions

Example buyer questions
  • Best areas in Pune for families with good schools and a budget of Rs 1 crorePune
  • RERA registered 2BHK projects near Whitefield ready to move inBengaluru

05

Watch-outs

Honest pages get cited. Pages that overclaim can hurt you with buyers, AI apps and regulators.

  • Show RERA registration numbers where the law requires and never advertise an unregistered project.
  • Do not promise returns, price growth or rental yields.
  • Keep possession dates and prices matched to what is registered and current.
  • Describe other developers and areas neutrally.

This is general guidance, not legal advice. Check the rules that apply to your business.

Questions

More in the help centre.

Do AI apps use property portals?

For many buying questions they do. The Answers page shows which portals were cited for your questions.

We have several projects. Do we need several businesses?

Usually not. Track projects as groups under one business. Use separate businesses only if projects have separate names and sites.

Can we publish price trends?

Only if you have the data and can explain the method. The planner suggests data reports only when you have real data.

How do we handle RERA details in pages?

Add them as facts on the Company page, with the registered document as the source. Writers use only your fact sheet, and you check every page before it goes live.
